In 2013, RSQ Investors was established as the investment arm of the Quanteus Group. It specialized in comprehensive business turnarounds, as successfully proven by the transformation of The House of Marketing. As the urgency surrounding climate change grew, RSQ Investors realized the importance of intensifying their efforts to invest in companies that contribute to a more sustainable future.

Motivated by a firm belief that companies are not adapting quickly enough, RSQ Investors made the decision to shift its focus while reconnecting with its initial objectives. Today, our focus lies in identifying assets with significant transformation potential and actively transitioning them from grey to green. Building on our experience in business transformation, we are expanding this approach to real assets, starting with the sustainable renovation of residential real estate.
